Hello, my name is Antonio Esposito, I was born and raised in Rome, I am 42 years old and I am a Chef Manager for Sodexo in the North Sea.
My greatest passion has always been cooking, however I only qualified as a professional chef in 2006, when I graduated in Rome from the school A Tavolo con lo Chef.
I was lucky enough to work alongside my Teacher and mentor Antonio Sciullo at the “Tacita Country Club” as a Chef de Partie and in one of Rome’s best fish restaurants “Qiunzi & Gabrielli”.
My menus cover food from Italy, China, India and the United Kingdom.
Thanks Antonio for making the evening go so smoothly. After the initial meeting with Antonio to discuss what we wanted at the party he handled everything for us. The food was outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend Antonio to anyone looking for a private chef.
Can only say that Antonio was amazing! He came to our house and cooked such a fantastic meal for our party. There were 10 guests and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food – we made him come into the dining room to say just how great the food had been and to say thank you.
